My Triplets LOVE IT!

4 stars
4 5

Pros: Portable, Easy To Assemble, Lightweight, Stylish, Easily Stowed

Cons: Hard To Clean

Best Uses: Baby Seats, Infant Seating, Travel, At Home

: I bought 3 of these seats for my triplets when they were learning how to sit. I originally was going to get a bumbo, but when I saw this I thought it was a better buy! It has a snack tray and turns into a booster seat for the table, and when you have multiples you need multi-use items!!! My boys are 9 months now and we don’t even use highchairs just these seats, they love playing with the toys. SOO GLAD I BOUGHT THESE. I stack mine in a corner so the boys don’t climb all over them. They are a bit hard to clean, especially if you use them for feeding like we do, my babies will eat the teethers when they have a mouth full of food.

Old Town Guide 16-ft Canoe
The Old Town® Guide 160 is designed for the outdoorsperson looking for a canoe stable enough for fishing or nature watching, yet versatile enough for family excursions.

Wide & Stable. This baby’s a tank!

5 stars
5 5

Pros: Rugged, Stability

Cons: Heavy

Best Uses: Hard use

: I use this canoe fishing with just about anybody that will go with me. That goes from my 4 yr old nephew to my 92 yr old mother. She loves the seats and seat backs for the support and comfort they provide. I am no fly weight at almost 300 lbs, yet I can fish for hours on end without getting a flat butt! Try that on a flat seat. As others have said, it is a bit heavy to load solo, but well worth the extra effort. I would not choose this canoe for serious touring with long portages, but for almost any other use this is one sweet canoe. More stable than any other canoe I have ever been in including Mad River, other Old Towns, Coleman, Grumman, Lincoln and E.H. White. I love mine. If you have a small car or suv, check the width to be sure this canoe will fit your rack. It just fits a Ford Explorer rack.

Columbia Sportswear Ballistic Fleece Jacket – Titanium, Windproof (For Men) Review

Columbia Sportswear Ballistic Fleece Jacket – Titanium, Windproof (For Men)
Closeouts . From the Titanium collection, Columbia Sportswear’s Ballistic fleece jacket is the ultimate in lightweight, windproof performance. Full-zip front Durable, abrasion-resistant fabric at chest and elbows Vertical chest pocket Underarm zip vents Wrist gaiters inside cuffs Elasti…

Best Columbia fleece I’ve owned

5 stars
5 5

Sizing: Feels true to size

Sleeve Length: Feels true to length

Pros: Warm, Attractive Design, Versatile, Durable, Good Cut

Best Uses: Daily Use, Outdoor Activities

: This jacket has sparked my desire for Autumn. Pouring coffee from a thermos while sitting on the edge of a cliff…this jacket is it! Unfortunately I can’t give a true account of usage, since it’s still Summer. But, to help others who are considering this jacket, I will say that this jacket will likely get more wear than either of my two North Face Windwall’s, mainly due to the 2-way arm pit zippers, and heftier feel. I believe it is at least 30% more in weight. The cut is semi-athletic, unlike the typical bulky Columbia fleece. If you often find yourself getting a size larger in, say, a cotton sweatshirt due to shrinkage, then do the same with this, because it’ll likely fit the same as if it had shrunk to your size.

L’Oreal Clean Definition Telescopic Clean Definition & Lengthening Mascara, Black Brown 930, 1 ea Review

Hot in Iraq

4 stars
4 5

Pros: Doesn’t sweat

Best Uses: Daytime

: I noticed a co-worker wearing mascara here in Iraq where we are deployed. The temperatures are over 100 degrees and I am from Florida. I was amazed that her mascara was not running or giving her a smudges below her eyes. I asked what she was wearing and she happened to have a spare package (she is wonderful and generous person; I am buying one today to gift back to her!). Because it is too hot to wear make-up right now, I will wear the mascara. I never realized that mascara alone could make me feel pretty as I wear my combat boots all day. After ten hours, there is the minor wear and tear of the mascara but I think that this is normal. So far, so good and worth trying. My sister is wearing something else right now in the southern USA; I look forward to comparing. I also like that the packaging and brush is slim. Thanks! – No raccoon eyes here!

Potomac 100ES Kayak *Dicks Sporting Goods Exclusive*
The Pelican® Potomac 100 ES sit-in kayak offers you a stable and durable construction designed to give reliable tracking on the water. It’s set up with a backrest, foot pegs and convenient carry handles.

Cristened 2 of these last weekend!

4 stars
4 5

Pros: Quality Construction

Best Uses: Everyday Use

: I purchased the Olive colored ones. [...] But, I think that color is a much nicer “outdoorsy” color. I sold my 15 year old aluminum canoe to buy these kayaks. The canoe was only 75 pounds, but now too much for me to lug around these days. These Potomac kayaks are lightweight, easy to car top and honestly seem to be as good of quality than anything else I saw at Dick’s or other stores. Made in Canada. Are they white-water kayaks? Well, no, but for open water and small rivers and streams, they are just dandy! We christened them at Land Between the Lakes area in KY/TN last weekend on Kentucky Lake (see photos). My son and I explored and explored with them. A fantastic product!
