Uncomfortably Loud Cheerleader

: We are a 12-person running relay team competing in a 195-mile event annually. I’ve been a member of the team for 8 of these annual events. We go to a different state as runners from Texas. And, of course, since everything’s bigger in Texas, we proudly display Texas running shorts, large Cowboy hat, and now a loud noise maker/cheerleader air horn. While running, my teammates blew it at me, and it made me smile. We sounded the horn at other runners, and they acknowledged a smile or positive thumbs up. We specifically enjoyed being able to use it over again, but it was hard to know how much air was being pumped into container as we did not see a pressure gauge. We did, however, notice the warning NOT to exceed 80psi.
Now, this prop will tour the country with us! This year, we were in Minnesota for the Great River 195-mile running relay, and our team placed 2nd in our division and 34th out of 240 teams overall…averaging under 8 minutes per mile as a team. Not sure where we go next year, but wherever we go, we’re taking the air horn with us. Glad I took a chance and bought this product while searching online! Cheers!
PS I don’t have any specific photos of us using the product, but I’ll do that next time.

Favorite B&W paper for young photo stude

: As a photography teacher at the Children’s School of Science in Woods Hole, MA. I have used Ilford pearl surface B&W RC paper for over 20 years and it remains my favorite paper. Our school building is very old and our darkroom facilities are basic and punctuated with holes of light here and there and yet using this quick drying,easy to spot tone, good contrast paper (even without filtration) our students continue to produce excellent photos. The 11 x 14″ size is used as a reward for producing a particularly good composition,well exposed and properly developed.In this digital age, our 13-16 year old students continue to love film photography, developing their film and printing B&W images. Your Ilford paper and their talents helped us win 12 first place ribbons at the Barnstable County Fair. Their student work looked better than the adult photos in the exhibit!!I am so glad to still have your paper available to us for one more year of film photography.

This is the very best I have ever used.

: This product claims to be free of odor, it is not odor free. But it is worth the bad smell which only lasts a few hours. This year I harvested a 3.7lb mango; this is a record for my tree over the past 22 years.

Best as observation unit only!

: We bought this with limited expectations since it is so small. I agree with the other reviews that it is too small, leaky, and flimsy to be a “permanent” home for any little friend. We catch local frogs for observation, feeding, and release. It is very portable, so it can travel for outdoor adventures. It certainly is a useful toy for learning about the responsibilities of caring for live friends who stay with us for a few hours or perhaps overnight. But for a permanent pet, we would absolutely recommend a larger aquarium with the proper environment.
